Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

GymSense offers a free trial period with no credit card required. You can explore all features of the platform at no cost during this period. No charges are applied until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@gymsense.in.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the platform until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

3. Refund Eligibility

As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If a critical bug or platform outage caused by us prevents you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected days.
  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.
  • Charge after cancellation: If you were charged after a confirmed cancellation.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@gymsense.in within 7 days of the charge with:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

5. Plan Changes

If we introduce new pricing plans in the future, existing subscribers on the early adopter plan will be notified at least 30 days in advance before any price change takes effect. You will have the option to cancel before the new price applies.

6. Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to a policy violation (e.g., we discontinue the Service), we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.
